Use of l8888 Terms and Conditions — For Members

L8888 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided through l8888.fun. By creating an account or using the platform, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals from l8888:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to your registered mobile banking account. Requests to withdraw to a different account will not be accepted.
• Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are processed within 20–30 minutes. During peak hours, processing may take up to 2 hours.
• Large withdrawals may be placed on hold until KYC verification is complete.
• Wagering requirements must be met before winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.

In cases of suspicious activity or rule violations, l8888 reserves the right to suspend or cancel withdrawals and may hold funds until an investigation is complete.

The following Terms and Conditions apply to l8888's bonus and promotions program:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and is applied to the first deposit.
• A wagering requirement of typically 10–30x must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Specific bonus terms are listed on the promotions page.
• Bonus claims from multiple accounts sharing the same household, address, or IP address are not permitted.
• If bonus abuse (arbitrage betting, bonus hunting) is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. If the wagering requirements are not met within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• L8888 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program at any time.

L8888 ensures a fair and transparent gaming environment for all members. The following rules must be strictly observed:

• All game outcomes are determined by an internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Results are entirely random.

• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, l8888 will refund the stake for that bet.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of associated funds. Law enforcement authorities will be notified where necessary.

L8888 may close or suspend an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Extended inactivity over a prolonged period (generally 12 months).
• The member has submitted a request to close their account.

L8888 will typically notify a member before closing their account. However, in cases of serious rule violations, the account may be closed without prior notice.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (where applicable and where no rule violations have occurred) will be refunded. Bonus balances will generally be forfeited.
